What happened
Flight 8 flew from Pad 1 on March 6, 2025 as another integrated stress test of a catching booster and a still-maturing ship.
Booster recovery continued to look like a solved class of problem relative to the ship, which again did not complete the full ascent-to-splashdown arc.
